SafeRetireUSA
Privacy & Data Practices

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cassian Financial LLC, doing business as SafeRetireUSA (“SafeRetireUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website, submit a request, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read it carefully. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

What SafeRetireUSA does. SafeRetireUSA is a consumer education and referral platform. We help connect individuals planning for retirement with independent, licensed insurance and financial professionals. We are not an insurance company, a registered investment adviser, or a law or accounting firm, and we do not provide insurance, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Terms of Use for more.

1 Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

Information you provide

When you complete a form, request a quote or consultation, use our chat or call center, or otherwise contact us, you may provide:

  • Identifiers such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing or ZIP-code location;
  • Demographic information such as age, date of birth, or retirement status;
  • Financial and planning information you choose to share, such as retirement goals, approximate savings or income ranges, existing policies or accounts, and the type of help you are seeking;
  • The content of communications you send us, including call recordings, chat messages, and form notes.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our Services, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from marketing partners, lead-generation networks, advertising platforms, and data providers — for example, when you submit your information through a partner’s advertisement or website and consent to be connected with SafeRetireUSA or a licensed professional.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your requests and connect you with one or more independent, licensed insurance or financial professionals;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website, call center, and Services;
  • Contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your inquiry and related retirement-planning offerings (see Section 4);
  • Send you educational content, newsletters, and marketing communications you may opt out of at any time;
  • Personalize content and measure the performance of our advertising and marketing;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3 How We Share Your Information

SafeRetireUSA’s core function is to connect you with professionals who can help you. As a result, sharing your information is a central part of the Services. We may share your information as follows:

  • Licensed professionals and agencies. When you request to be connected, we share your contact and planning information with one or more independent, licensed insurance agents, agencies, or financial professionals so they can contact you and offer their services. These professionals are independent third parties and not employees of SafeRetireUSA.
  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, customer-relationship management, call-center and telephony providers, analytics, and email or text-messaging delivery.
  • Marketing and advertising partners. We may share certain information with advertising platforms and marketing partners to deliver, measure, and improve advertising.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Note on “sale” and “sharing.” Because we share consumer information with independent professionals and marketing partners, some of these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. See Sections 9 and 10 for your rights and how to opt out.

4 Calls, Text Messages & Email

When you submit your information and provide your consent, you authorize SafeRetireUSA and the independent professionals and partners we connect you with to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide — including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text (SMS/MMS) messages — regarding retirement, insurance, and financial products and services.

Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How to opt out.

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
  • Email: click the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email.
  • Calls: ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list, or contact us using Section 13.

We honor opt-out requests as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state and federal Do-Not-Call rules. Calls and chats may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes.

5 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels (including advertising pixels from platforms such as social-media and search providers), and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). Disabling cookies may affect how the Services function.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by law, we treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the associated browser or device.

6 Third-Party Websites & Services

Our Services may contain links to, or connect you with, third-party websites, professionals, and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. Once your information is shared with an independent licensed professional or partner, their use of it is governed by their own privacy policies and practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.

7 Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide your information at your own risk.

8 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in other states. Subject to applicable law, these rights may include the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of certain targeted advertising; and
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will verify your request as required by law before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California “Shine the Light.” California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us using Section 13.

10 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Because connecting you with independent professionals and partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws, you have the right to opt out. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at privacy@saferetireusa.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share,” or contact us using Section 13. Where required, we also honor an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.

11 Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
